Angi Moe-Kyllonen, QMHP (OR)
I am drawn to the unfolding journey of personal growth, believing that while our inherent nature leans towards expansion, life experiences can sometimes make it feel unsafe. By nurturing self-awareness and developing mindfulness, we can reawaken our own inner wisdom. Recognizing our fundamental human need for connection, I believe that when we operate from a place of self-understanding, our relationships grow. By bringing attention to our present moment–thoughts, feelings, and sensations-we begin to illuminate the patterns that shape our lives. Drawing upon the insights of attachment theory, we also explore how early relational experiences may be subtly influencing our current connections and sense of self.
My own life's path and the profound and humbling experience of being a wife and mother to three wonderful children through their many developmental stages have deepened my understanding of human resilience. These relationships have been some of my greatest teachers.
My passion lies in creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard, exactly as you are, free from judgment or agenda. I recognize that many of us can feel lost and alone, disconnected from our inherent purpose and sense of belonging. My heartfelt desire is to strengthen your connection with your own inherent worth, authentic self, and inner peace.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is collaborative, and it is my honor to walk alongside you on this brave, noble, and often challenging journey of self-exploration. Together, we will navigate towards cultivating your own unconditional self-acceptance and the reclamation of your story in a way that nourishes growth and authentic expression. I work with individuals and couples, integrating mindfulness, attachment theory, and somatic attunement to deepen awareness, acceptance, and self-trust.
If you feel drawn to exploring your inner landscape with a mindful and relational lens, I warmly welcome you to connect with me.
