  • Alison Cooper, CMHC Master's Intern, QMHP (OR)

Alison Cooper, CMHC Master's Intern, QMHP (OR)

“When overwhelm, stress or anxiety begin to shape your days, I offer a grounded place to slow down and truly connect with what matters most. I work with clients whose inner worlds feel intense, tangled, or disorienting — people navigating transitions, uncertainty, or a sense of being unmoored. My approach is integrative, experiential, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, blending personal and transpersonal perspectives to help you understand your patterns with compassion rather than judgment.

My background spans ketamine-assisted therapy, holistic health, and a lifelong engagement with creative and spiritual practice. These experiences have cultivated a sensitivity to process, beauty, and rhythm, qualities I bring into the therapeutic space to support nervous system regulation and emotional clarity. I often work with individuals experiencing anxiety, burnout, spiritual pain, chronic illness, relational struggles, and identity shifts. My practice is an affirming, supportive space for LGBTQIA2S+ clients exploring gender, sexuality, belonging, or embodied authenticity.

Having lived and worked across diverse urban, rural, and international contexts, I understand healing as relational — shaped by story, rooted in community, and connected to the land. I support clients as they develop insight into habitual survival patterns, deepen their sense of agency, and create more secure and meaningful connections with themselves and others.

I am currently training in Restoration Therapy, a model that helps clients understand the cycles of pain and peace that influence their reactions and relationships. I integrate this framework alongside mindfulness, somatic awareness, and transpersonal approaches to support sustainable transformation and a more grounded sense of self.”

Alison is a current masters-level student intern under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT.

Alison currently sees clients online throughout Oregon.

  • Kathryn Francis, CMHC Master's Intern, Level I Certified Restoration Therapist, QMHP (OR)

“When anxiety starts to take over your thoughts, relationships, or sense of self, I offer therapy to restore a sense of calm- a steady place to breathe again. My sessions are designed to be a soft place to land — especially for people who feel overwhelmed, stressed, or unsure where to begin.

Together, we look at where your survival patterns began and how they’re showing up now. From there, we work on creating new and sustainable ways of thinking, feeling, and responding. My approach is intentionally gentle and practical, focused on helping you build confidence in tools that ease anxiety and support emotional regulation in your daily life.

I often work with clients experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, spiritual deconstruction or religious trauma, major life transitions, identity exploration, and people who are seeking therapy for the first time. I also provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and those navigating complex relational or internal experiences.

I am trained in Restoration Therapy, a model that helps you understand the patterns of pain and peace that shape your reactions, so you can move toward healthier, more grounded ways of relating. My style is warm, steady, and empowering. I meet you exactly where you are, help make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck, and support you in creating a life that feels calmer, clearer, and more your own.”

Kathryn is a current masters-level student intern under the supervision of Justin Little, LMFT.

Kathryn currently sees clients online throughout Oregon and in person in Sisters, OR.

Angi Moe-Kyllonen, CMHC Master's Intern, Level I Certified Restoration Therapist, QMHP (OR)

“When life feels overwhelming or your relationships are stressed, I can help you reconnect with yourself and the people you care about. My approach is holistic, compassionate, and grounded in helping you understand the emotional and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

I work with adults, teens, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, chronic illness, and major life transitions. While the desire for growth is natural, long-standing patterns and past hurts can make it hard to move forward on your own.

My primary focus is helping you establish healthier relationship patterns—both internally and with others. We work on understanding the cycles that keep you stuck, so you can cultivate a greater sense of inner peace and connection.

I offer a safe, modern, and culturally sensitive space, and I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and families.

I am trained in Restoration Therapy, which helps you understand your emotional patterns and develop new, more grounded ways of relating. I also integrate mindfulness, somatic awareness, parts work, and transpersonal approaches to support deeper healing and authentic growth. As a wife and mother of three, I bring both clinical insight and practical understanding to clients navigating the many seasons of life.”

Carol-Joy Brendlinger, Professional Counselor Associate (OR), QMHP (OR)

“If you’ve been feeling anxious, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or unsure how to repair a relationship, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to sort it out by yourself. I help adults, young adults, and couples understand what’s underneath their stress so they can make meaningful, lasting change.

I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, communication difficulties, grief, and the emotional impact of life transitions. Whether your stress shows up in relationships, at work, or in your sense of self, we will explore what’s contributing to your distress and what supports your well-being.

I strive to create a safe, warm environment where you can slow down, reflect, and feel genuinely heard. My practice is affirming for LGBTQIA+ individuals, and I value each person’s identity, story, and lived experience. As someone trained in Restoration Therapy, I help clients clarify their needs, understand the patterns that keep them stuck, and build healthier, more compassionate ways of relating — both internally and with the people they care about.

If you’re looking for support in easing anxiety, strengthening your relationships, or moving through a difficult season, I’m here to help you move toward a more grounded, connected, and authentic life.”

Jamee Puccio, Professional Counselor Associate (OR), QMHP (OR)

“I’m drawn to the moments in people’s lives when things feel confusing, heavy, or unexpectedly complicated. I work with teens (14+), adults, and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, relational strain, parenting challenges, and the impact of faith transitions or spiritual trauma. My counseling style is steady, open, and human. I want you to feel like you can bring your full self into the room — the parts you understand, the parts you’re unsure of, and the parts you’ve never said out loud before.

As a member of the queer community, I offer deeply affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients and families. I am trained in Restoration Therapy, which helps us understand the emotional and relational cycles that show up in difficult moments and create new ways of responding that support clarity, connection, and self-respect. My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in relationship — when you feel safe enough to explore what hurts and supported enough to imagine something different.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a mother, a writer, and an (aspiring) sourdough baker, and these parts of my life shape the way I show up: practical, curious, and deeply invested in the people I sit with. It’s an honor to accompany clients through the messy, tender, and transformative places in their stories.”

“I love working with people who feel ready— or almost ready — to shift something in their lives. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, confused, or unsure how to move forward. I approach therapy with the belief that our bodies hold stories worth listening to, and that healing often begins with learning to tune in, stay curious, and trust what we find there.

My style is curious, playful, and oriented toward helping you build a steadier relationship with your emotions, your body, and the people around you. I provide affirming care for LGBTQIA+ individuals and welcome the full spectrum of identity, experience, and expression into the room. I am trained in Restoration Therapy, which supports us in understanding the patterns that fuel anxiety and stress and creating new responses that foster confidence and creativity.

Outside of session, I’m an avid lover of the arts and the outdoors — passions that nurture the way I think about resilience, creativity, and the rhythms of change. I hold a deep respect for anyone willing to do this work and consider it a privilege to walk alongside people as they learn to navigate life with more confidence, compassion, and intention.”
