I have special knowledge of concerns arising around ADHD, Misophonia, Autoimmunity, Infidelity/Trust and Intergenerational Forgiveness. I am passionate about helping clients and families thrive in their relationships, mental health, gut health, creativity and movement.

I am a mother, a member of the queer community, a writer, and an (aspiring) sourdough baker.

    I focus on providing compassionate and holistic care to adults and couples that supports personal growth, authenticity, and emotional well-being. My approach integrates mindfulness and mind-body-spirit connection to nurture the nervous system and shift old patterns, including those related to anxiety and relational stress.

    I am passionate about seeing marriages and families restored and thriving. I studied Marriage Couple and Family Counseling at George Fox University. And have worked years as a Pastoral Counselor with a focus on youth and families, having obtained a Bachelor of Theology from Portland Bible College. My husband and I are the Marriage and Family Pastors at our church. I am RT Level I Certified and am a Relate Strong Facilitator as well as a SYMBIS facilitator for pre-marital counseling.

    Sheri believes that each person knows themselves best and trusts that everyone has within themselves the ability to heal. Sheri works hard to create a safe space where you feel heard. She has experience working with infertility, pregnancy loss, pre- & post-natal care including breastfeeding issues, adoption, neurodiversity including autism and ADHD, crisis care including self-injury, grief and loss, and religious trauma.

    Sheri has an eclectic background and comes to the field after most recently being a farmer where she raised everything from pigs to alpacas. Her family is formed through adoption and biology and she and her family love playing board games while camping. Sheri enjoys hanging out with her dogs, hiking, and knitting.

    Kari earned her Bachelors of Arts in Studio Art and her Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology at Azusa Pacific University. As Cofounder and COO at Forage Wellness, Kari focuses on higher-level strategy and growth direction as well as ensuring operations run smoothly for clients and clinicians. Kari is always creating, learning and finding innovative ways to connect with her family and friends. Kari and Justin recently relocated to Central Oregon, where she is soaking in the sunshine and live music as much as possible!

    Banjo is a mini bernedoodle hailing originally from Dayton, OH. He was born on November 15, 2019, to proud parents Ronald (a mini poodle) and Lassie (a bernese mountain dog). He enjoys lying around, quietly barking at any person not in the room, and most of all, snuggling.
